Consent and Privacy Policy

1. Who we are. This website is operated by CREART SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ("we", "us") for the AMD Property real estate portal covering Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

2. What we collect automatically on every visit. A first-party cookie holding a random visitor ID, so we can remember your session and understand how the site is used. We also record the pages you view (with the page title, how long the page was open on your screen and how far you scrolled), the searches you run and the properties you open, the website or campaign that brought you here, together with your device type and browser. This happens whether or not you have shared your name or mobile.

3. Device details and approximate location. On every visit, and when you click a brochure, call back, enquire or gallery button or submit a form, we record details your browser makes available: browser and version, operating system and version, device model (where the browser reports it), screen and window size, colour depth and pixel density, graphics chip name, number of processor cores and approximate memory, touch support, time zone and local hour, languages, connection type and speed, display preferences (dark mode, reduced motion, contrast), whether the site is installed as an app, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and page loading times. We also note the approximate city and network provider of your internet connection. We use these details to keep our records accurate, to recognise a returning device, to understand roughly where our visitors are, and to judge whether an enquiry is genuine. We do not use them to build a hidden profile for other websites, and we do not sell them. Your approximate city comes from your IP address, using the free DB-IP Lite database (db-ip.com), read on our own server. We never store your full IP address, only a one-way code made from it.

4. Precise location, only if you choose. We use your precise location only if you tap "Use my location for better suggestions" or "Share my location for nearby suggestions" and your browser asks you for permission and you allow it. We round it to about 100 metres before storing it.

5. What you share with us. Your name, mobile number and the property requirements you tell us (budget, area, configuration), through enquiry forms, brochure downloads, WhatsApp or our Sakha assistant.

6. Why we use it. To respond to your enquiries, send the property details and brochures you request, personalise the properties we show you, improve our website and, if you agree, contact you about relevant properties by call, WhatsApp or email.

7. The consent box on our forms. Every enquiry form has a consent box. If it is ticked when you submit, we may contact you about other relevant properties, and we remember your name and mobile on this browser so you do not have to type them again. Our Sakha assistant then greets you by name and does not ask for your name and mobile again. If you untick it, we still respond to the enquiry you made, but we do not send you marketing and we do not remember your number for next time. We keep a record of what you chose and which version of this policy you were shown.

8. Cookies. We use a strictly necessary cookie to run the site and remember your session. With your consent, we also use it to recognise you on return visits and pre-fill details you gave us before. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

9. WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp or opt in, we may message you there about your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Your choices and rights. You can withdraw consent, ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing. Use the opt-out button on this page, or write to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

11. Retention. We keep anonymous browsing data for up to 18 months of inactivity. Information linked to an enquiry is kept for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal requirements.
