1. Grievance Officer. Under Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, AMDProperties has appointed:

2. What you can raise. Complaints about listings or content, misuse of your personal data, requests under your DPDP rights, unwanted calls or messages, intellectual property or takedown requests, and any breach of our policies.

3. How to raise it. Email the Grievance Officer with your name, contact number, the URL or screenshot of the content or message, a short description of the issue, and what you want us to do.

4. Timelines.

1. We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. We resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
3. Requests to remove content that falls under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules are acted on within 72 hours.
4. Content exposing a person's private area or showing them in sexual acts, or impersonation in such material, is removed within 24 hours of a complaint, as required by Rule 3(2)(b).

5. If you are not satisfied. For content-related decisions, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days of our decision, through gac.gov.in. For personal data complaints, after using our grievance process you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. Consumer complaints may also be filed with the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the relevant Consumer Commission.
